Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in Haitian Gourdes (HTG); USD amounts are estimates only. Product availability, prices, and stock may change without notice.
Payment
We accept the Claudy Store wallet, MonCash, NatCash, Zelle, bank transfer and card (Stripe), depending on what's offered at checkout.
Delivery and pickup
Delivery fees and time windows are estimates based on your selected zone; delays may occur. In-store pickup requires your order's QR code or order number.
Cancellations
Contact the store directly to cancel or modify an order before it's been prepared.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Claudy Store isn't liable for indirect damages arising from a delayed or unavailable product.
